Lonn Miller is a second-generation diamond expert who quite literally grew up in the jewellery trade, learning the business from the inside out across global diamond centres and family operations. With over 30 years of experience spanning rough diamond sourcing, cutting factories, wholesale distribution, fine jewellery retail, and professional buying, he understands the full life cycle of every piece he handles. That end-to-end perspective means clients benefit from insights and networks that most traditional retailers simply do not have access to.​

Throughout his career, Lonn has worked at the highest levels of the industry, including inside a De Beers Sightholder operation and cutting factories specialising in fine-make diamonds. He combines this technical background with strong financial training, holding a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Finance, which allows him to analyse pricing, margins, and market movements with precision. Whether assessing a designer piece from brands like Cartier or Tiffany, or valuing an antique heirloom, he brings both rigor and respect to every valuation.​

Lonn is known for his transparent, ethical approach to jewellery buying and valuation. Clients are invited to observe every step of the testing process, from electronic gold testing to diamond authentication, with clear, itemised explanations of how each offer is calculated. There is never any pressure to sell on the spot; instead, he encourages questions, second opinions, and considered decisions—especially in sensitive situations such as estate settlements, divorce, or financial hardship.​

Through Jewelco, Lonn leverages decades of wholesale relationships and direct factory and mine connections to give everyday clients access to wholesale-level advantages.
